Zen Meditation For Modern Living - a distance learning course by BSY Zen practices focus on sitting, moving and walking meditations as the optimum way to gain awareness, to get in touch with the real you and to see life in its true form. This course will equip you with an awareness of life and awareness of difficulties and blessings in order to change your way of looking at everyday life and eventually fundamentally develop your mind and your thought patterns. It is recommended that this course be utilised as an adjunct to Meditation Teacher.
