History

Zurbel Training was established in 2006 but started training in 2008. We specialise in employability programme - vocational courses work-skills accredited and non-accredited courses for adults and young people wanting a recognised qualification or life skills experience enabling them into better employment. We are a member of a couple of consortium and in partnership with local communities businesses and the Jobcentre Plus for funding and referrals.To date, we have trained over 200 candidates through Train to Gain, European Social Fund (ESF) and Response to Redundancies programme with a success rate of 92% and 85% into employment and further education.We are looking to expand our services to the hard to reach target group in the region with assistance of more funding from the government and local authorities.

Zurbel Training courses are delivered in the evenings, weekdays and weekends by qualified and experienced staff. We also provide advice and guidance (IAG) on progression route before and after training, offer interview techniques and job applications training worshops as well as refer candidates to other organisation for further support.The centre is 2 minutes away from Ilford Station, lift and ramp and parking facilities
