This course is for those students who have a language knowledge equivalent to approximately 4 years.
The course aims to consolidate your existing language knowledge and develop it further.
At the end of the course, you should be competent in a varied range of language tasks which involve speaking. You should be able to speak effectively, fluently and with accuracy. You should also gain the ability to express opinions around topics of an abstract nature. (current affairs & history)
Topic areas will be varied and these are negotiated between you and your teacher, depending on the general level of the group.
You will also gain an insight into the (literature, music, film & art) culture and customs of the country of the language, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
