Course objectives

More and more today, people are recognising the need to live and approach their lives in a more confident, assertive way and attempt to "get" what they want out of life and work. Unfortunately for many people they interpret the word "assertive" to mean "aggressive" This course therefore attempts to define exactly what assertive behaviour is all about and displays the benefits in developing a more assertive persona from within along with tools and techniques that can be applied.
