Experience in the voluntary sector since 1997 as a Learning Mentor for Barton Healthy Living Project, Development Officer for Grimsby & Scunthorpe Rape Crisis, volunteer for Victim Support and wide-ranging experience in the field of Domestic Violence. Jan co-wrote and delivered Peer Mentoring Programmes to Secondary school pupils in North Lincolnshire. Qualifications include a Diploma in Life Coaching and Certificates in Personnel Practice, Counselling, Interpersonal Skills and Coaching & Mentoring in the Workplace.
