The programme is taught by a dedicated team of staff drawn
largely from full-time members of the Academy but supplemented
where necessary by external lecturers and speakers and
professionals from industry. There is a mixture of lecture and
seminar work in the course with a particular emphasis on group
work. This allows experiences to be shared and develops
cross-cultural awareness and opportunities to develop links
and networks in the long run. In addition, use is made of case
studies, computer models and simulations, and presentations. The
Academy is responsible for providing tuition support for this
qualification using the syllabus guidelines from TIA. All
exams and syllabuses are designed by TIA ensuring quality
control.
