Candidates should note that it they intend to study for further professional qualifications in the industry a certain amount of industrial experience will probably be required.

On completion of the OTHM Higher Diploma, you can also be put forward for election as a full Member of OTHM.

Modules

Part 1

- Marketing Communication for Tourism and Hospitality

- international Tourism & Hospitality Business Environment

Part 2

- Management Information Systems

- Strategic Human Resource Management

- Project: Operations Management in the Business Environment

Each module requires 45 hours of classroom teaching.

Assessment

Each module 1 to 5 is assessed by a three written examination Module 6 is assessed a by a Project

On passing the OTHM Higher Diploma Members will be eligible to be considered for various courses in recognised colleges and universities in the UK and around the world.
