The aim of the CCNSG Safety Passport Scheme is to ensure a basic knowledge of health and safety for all site personnel to enable them, after appropriate site induction, to work on site more safely with lower risk to themselves and others. The award of the Safety Passport is subject to the candidate successfully completing a 100 question multiple-choice test paper, with the question. Suitable for: The course is intended for all employees and site based contractors, predominantly, but not limited to the construction and engineering industries.

CCNSG Safety Passport is designed to give basic knowledge of health and safety for all site personnel to enable them, after appropriate site induction, to work on site more safely with lower risk to themselves and others. The scheme has been adopted by BP Amoco, Corus, Dow Corning, Elf, Esso, ICI, Lindsey Oil, National Power, Powergen, Shell, Texaco and many other major industrial companies. The scheme results in the award of a ‘Safety Passport’ to contractor site personnel and is monitored and controlled by a national steering group known as the Client/Contractor National Safety Group (CCNSG).
