Course overview The level 7 programme builds upon the past operational knowledge and experience of managers by focusing on the more strategic issues of management within an organisation. With a more comprehensive structure, our level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership develops you further to give you all the key skills and competencies you will need to become an effective strategic manager. The extended Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership give you full CMI membership and takes you another step closer towards Chartered Manager Status. DELIVERY INFORMATION: One taught session per month on a Thursday 2pm until 9pm over 9 months. Due to the nature of the modules taken, flexible start dates are available throughout the year. Entry requirements The programme is intended for the middle to senior managers who have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organizational strategy into effective operational performance. It is equally valuable for the person who aspires to such a role, by helping them to gain the knowledge and understanding necessary to deliver those outcomes. It is expected that you will hold a qualification at an appropriate level. However, we are able to take into account your level of experience in lieu of formal qualifications and this is normally established at interview.
