What will I learn?

You will learn about: identifying, caring for, and conditioning pot plants; art & design for florists; plant processes and planted designs; hand-tied and presentation designs; funeral floral designs; design & construction of diverse floral arrangements; simple wedding designs; working in the industry; cost and evaluation; and function decorating You will also learn functional skills

How will I be assessed?

Assignments are set and practical tasks graded

What may it lead to?

Successful completion can lead to the Level 3 Diploma in Floristry

Entry Requirements

You should have 4 GCSEs at D (including English and Science) or a Level 1 qualification at Distinction level Entry onto the course is subject to an interview
