Fresh Pasta and Sauces for first timers
This class is aimed at keen would be cooks who have a passion for Italian food and are keen to learn how to make pasta from scratch. You will learn the techniques of pasta making, step by step. Learn how to roll and cut your own long pasta such as tagliatelle, and how to stuff ravioli. To compliment your new skills learn how to recreate sauces at home that include Genovese pesto, classic tomato (which can be used in many Italian dishes), and pasta allo scoglio (for seafood lovers). End the morning enjoying the fruits of your labour by sitting down to eat what you have made for a typical Italian lunch with a glass of wine!
