Throughout the duration of this course, we will be encouraging you to apply your knowledge of quality management systems and base your operation activities on relevant quality standards.

You will learn the A to Zed of Quality Management, from identifying issues to solving them. Our curriculum is fast-paced. After only 9 months you will have gained practical knowledge in TQM (Total Quality Management), ou will be able to select and apply quality improvement tools and will also be aware of the legal and statutory requirements as they relate to quality management.

Our program is suitable for adults returning for further education, candidates in employment in quality-related positions who wish to enhance their career prospectus, candidates in employment who wish to move into quality-related fields and anyone else for whom these issues are important in the workplace.

About this course

English language skills. International learners will be required to have ILETS 5.5 or equivalent. Different combinations of relevant National Qualifications, Vocational Qualifications and equivalent qualifications from other awarding bodies may be acceptable, as would suitable industry standard qualifications at an appropriate level.
