Listed are some of the units that you will be studying on your Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision programme: Supervise Reservations and booking, Supervise handling of payments, Supervise Food and Drink Service, Lead a team to improve customer service and a range of mandatory units designed to underpin health and safety, employee relationships and resource management. Students will develop a full range of skills to equip them for a career in the hospitality industry, supervision of food and beverage service, customer service and Barista skills. You will be assessed via a series of multiple choice test papers, observation of practical skills designed to test your knowledge, practical skills and organisational abilities. You would have completed a Level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service or other relevant qualifications. You may have relevant up to date industry experience in Food and Beverage service / supervision. Students have the opportunity at this stage to commence employment in the hospitality industry or progress on to a Foundation Degree.
