Course programme

To this qualification you need to be at least a level 2 instructor. It is done over two days with a mixture of theory and practical done on the teaching days. There may be some study done prior to the start of the teaching days.

The course consists of two units they are Plan and Prepare a Resistance Training Session and Instruct and Evaluate a Resistance Training Session. This course is suitable for instructors who want to go on to teach studio resistance as a class.
