Ideally delegates will have completed Level 2 Award in Food Safety (Basic Food Hygiene) prior to attending the course although thsi is not essential

Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety (Intermediate Food Hygiene)
Supervisory qualification containing additional practical information and more knowledge for those with day-to-day control over staff and the working environment.
Dates and Frequency:
This course is normally run on a monthly basis at our Birmingham office and every two months at our Cornwall office
Duration:
Normally run 1 day per week for 3 weeks with the exam at the end of day 3

Delegates have a choice of exam paper of Catering, Manufacture or Retail
