Course Description
Fed up with trying to find a plumber to carry out your repairs, try our plumbing maintenance course. You will learn the general basic repair skills to tackle those every day plumbing repairs.

The secret of success and conquering your fears about plumbing work is simple: master the techniques first and then have confidence in your own ability and workmanship to succeed. The course will help you with the first and encourage you to have confidence in your workmanship and own ability.

Course Content
  • Understand Health and Safety requirements related to the safe use of tools and equipment
  • How to replace tap washers to existing leaking taps
  • Replace and repair your existing taps, including fitting new waste pipes
  • Fit a new sink top, including cutting out the worktop
  • Replace an existing wash basin, including fitting new taps
  • Take off radiators, replace or re-fit
  • How to install washing machines, dish washers
  • How to fit an outside tap.
