Course Details

The course covers the basics of switching on; keying in; saving; printing; searching the internet; using e-mail and producing graphs. It also incorporates using the college systems. An ideal first step for the absolute beginner.

Qualifications required:
A satisfactory level of literacy (students who speak English as a second language must have ESOL Entry level 3 or equivalent)

Course hours:
33 hours (11 weeks at 3 hrs per week)

Additional info:
The course is a mixture of on-line and workbook delivery but with one to one support throughout. Attendance can be flexible as required to cover shift patterns etc. ESOL students MUST have ESOL Entry 3 or Level 1.
