Is it right for me?
Designed for new entrants to the industry, this course will give you a broad introduction to forestry and can be run in conjunction with the Apprenticeship scheme. Initial training at College is followed by extra assessment in your workplace. You will be required to produce a portfolio of work and it is recommended that you discuss your requirements with the course tutor.
What qualifications will I need?
Minimum age 16 years. Tetanus protection is recommended.
