Course Description: This NVQ is designed to develop skills in food preparation or service. They are suitable for those who are already in the industry or who wish to find employment in Hospitality and Catering. This course is due to become a work-based learning project; however the evening class is still available.

Please note that candidates who do not currently work in Hospitality and Catering will need to gain some experience through working some sessions in our Training Restaurant and Production Kitchen.
