Content This is a 17 week course for those with previous experience in an office environment. Students must complete five units of competence and build a portfolio of evidence to obtain their NVQ. There is an opportunity to obtain a Certificate in Employment Skills. Students will also attend work placement one day a week.

Other Information This course is a full NVQ level 2. Students over 19 years of age for whom this is their FIRST FULL level 2 qualification may be able to claim a nil fee. Please ask for details. Relevant previous work experience. Keyboard experience. Successful completion of Basic Office Skills programme. An advice and guidance session will be held prior to commencement of course. Return to Work Programmes are designed to fit in with family commitments. The start and end times allow parents to drop and pick up children at school.
