Part Time Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 2 Certificate

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE COURSE?
You must be 16 years of age or over and you may be working in a school in paid, voluntary or placement capacity, support can be given to find a placement. You will need to have sufficient general education to undertake a Level 2 qualification.
A satisfactory (CRB) police check is required in order to complete this course.

Time: 9.15am - 12.15pm

Start Date: 15 September
Day: Tuesday
Time: 5.30pm - 8.30pm

COURSE STRUCTURE AND CONTENT
Once on the course we will arrange placements for those students who are not already working in a school in voluntary or paid capacity.
There are 2 units on the course:
Teaching and Learning in schools
Effective communication within a safe environment

ASSESSMENT
You will be assessed through written assignments.

WHERE COULD THE COURSE LEAD?
After successful completion you may progress onto the CACHE Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 3.
