What can I progress to?
Other dance/exercise classes run by Stanmore college.

What is the course about?
The class covers exercise and basic moves leading to a short dance routine. There will be a warm up and warm down before and after every class as exercise is involved.

What are the course outcomes?
Students will be able to dance a full routine, and have a better understanding of timing and movements. The course will improve students' confidence as they will interact and meet new people. The course is fun and challenging for dedicated students.

Please Note:
The college cannot guarantee that all classes will run on consecutive weeks. This particularly applies to courses that use the Main Hall or Sports Hall facilities.

Materials:
Bring Water!

Uniform:
Students should wear comfortable/loose clothing and soft-bottomed footwear. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR STILETTOS OR THICK SOLED TRAINERS.

How will you be assessed?
There is no formal assessment, but a student will be awarded a certificate for this course provided he/she has attended at least 80% of the sessions.

Is there an examination fee?
No.
