Your Course
This course introduces you to the world of theatrical make up. Learning to create theatrical character from scratch, creating characters using greasepaint, putty prosthetic pieces to further your character - let your imagination run wild. This is a great course for anybody interested in the theatre or who just love to be creative and have fun!!
The course covers introduction to theatre make-up ageing, adding props to further develop characters, using materials such as crepe hair and prosthetics.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course you will have been given the opportunity to
· understand the basics of applying make-up for a theatrical character
· apply the techniques learnt to create a chosen character
· self assess work
Your Tutor
Jill Amstrong-Millson is a Make up Artist with 22 years experience working in Fashion, shows and Films. Jill has also lectured for 5 years in Media in Make Up. She loves working with new students and gains a lot from passing on her knowledge of the industry.

70 Method of payment: Fees for short courses (10 weeks or less) to be paid in full at enrolment and for long courses (12 weeks or more) fees of 50% can be paid at enrolment plus 50% as a cheque. Course places cannot be reserved without receipt of both payments.
