Total Quality Management (TQM) is a system of principles, methods, and best practices that provide a framework for organisations to strive for excellence in everything they do. It provides a solid foundation to develop truly committed employees with high morale and improved performance. Because TQM provides staff with opportunities for participation, problem solving and teamwork, it creates high levels of engagement and motivation.
At dancing lion, we provide a five-day intensive programme that will give your management the knowledge and skills to utilize TQM.
This training programme is typically delivered in English.
Translators can be provided at an additional cost. In order to ensure that there is a good balance of theory, discussion and practical work this course requires a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 delegates.
