Start your journey to become an international chef with a 9 months culinary arts training program on the Red Sea.
Ben-Gurion University’s Eilat Campus hosts one of the best teaching kitchens in Israel, fully equipped for high-level, professional cooking and baking lessons.
Classes are kept small, limited to 24 students, so each student gets personal attention they need to excel. Internships at 4 and 5 stars deluxe hotels give students a chance to apply the skills they learned and further their professional knowledge, specifically learning operations of running large hotel kitchens and preparing delicious international dishes.
Included in the price of the program are all living expenses, as well as enrichment workshops and seminars, tours of the country and language lesson. The aim is not only to teach students a new trade skill and give them professional experience; it’s also to broaden their horizons and understanding of the global cultures and cuisines.
