Description

Course Length
18 months one evening per week.
What will I study?
The course teaches practical accounting and finance skills, providing vocationally related skills from the world of business.
The programme is the first stage of the three stages of Accounts qualifications. The course gives a foundation to help build skills and knowledge for employment or NVQ Levels 3 and 4.
How will I learn?
A variety of teaching methods are used, including formal teaching, guided/individual work and workshops.
How will I be assessed?
By portfolio of work prepared and assessed in-course: by devolved assessments set by AAT by a central three-hour exam set and marked by AAT.
Where could it lead?
Natural progression to Level 3 and 4 Accounting.
