Do you like working with figures? Are you interested in a career in accounting? Do you already work in an accountancy role and want to improve your skills and career prospects? Are you aged 19 or over? AAT accountancy courses will give you the practical, internationally-recognised finance and accountancy skills that employers want, can open doors for you in the industry and will give you membership to a highly respected international professional body of accountants which has over 120,000 members worldwide. If you have some knowledge of accounting or already work in an accountancy role, the AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Accounting will develop your skills in finance administration: double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing principles and purchase, sales and general ledgers. You will learn the basics of accounting, including double-entry book-keeping, balancing off ledger accounts, preparing a trial balance and how to code and present financial information for management use, as well as develop an understanding of working in an accounting environment and the use of computers in the profession. On completion of the course, you will be able to maintain a day-to-day bookkeeping system for an organisation. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO QUALIFY? There are few options to choose from - you can study this course two days per week for four months, one day per week for seven months or one evening per week for 10 months. ENROL NOW!
