The ABCs of Supervising Others is a three day workshop designed for new and aspiring supervisors, as well as lead hands-on part-time supervisors without a great deal of authority. This course has been designed to provide these professionals with the skills necessary to overcome many of the problems encountered in the first few weeks of the role, and will ultimately propel them into strong leadership roles! Through a highly interactive program, participants will glean some clarity around the role and responsibilities of their new position.

About this course

In adjusting to this position, participants will develop listening, communication, conflict resolution, and feedback skills, and will work through hostility, complaint, and motivation challenges.
