Collaboration with others, perhaps through membership of a work group or team, may often be a requirement.
You will be assessed in six areas. Three of these are core: establish contact with clients; review own contribution to the service; supply information materials to clients.
Then there are four further areas from which you select three: enable clients to gain access to the service; identify the requirements of clients; assist clients to gain access to other services; maintain information materials for use in the service.
