About the programme
For new and veteran supervisors alike, this programme reveals the nine components to supervisory success. Using the scenario of a recently promoted Customer Service Representative (CSR), now asked to lead his previous co-workers, we see realistic situations solved by these key points.

Meet Alec, the top-notch CSR, recently promoted to supervisor. Alec is excited and a bit overwhelmed by his new responsibilities - especially the challenge of moving from the role of friend/colleague to team supervisor.

It's not always easy, but Alec starts to apply the nine components of supervisory success, including how to: plan and prioritise; encourage teamwork; communicate upward and downward; discipline effectively; and model the way.
