After School Sewing Club for Kids in Greenwich

A 5-week sewing course dedicated to young people aged 7 – 10 years at Hobbycraft Greenwich: we meet once a week on a Tuesday upstairs at Hobbycraft Greenwich from 4 – 5pm.
This Sewing Course is open to all abilities from beginners to the more distinguished sewer.
We will be using the sewing machine: Make & create a variety of funky projects to brighten up your bedroom & your wardrobe.
We start with a beginners project (we will get a gauge of what everyone wants to make after the first weeks project)!

Week 1: Let’s get sewing! An introduction to the sewing machine,lets get sewing with ease. threading up, getting to know the machine more and more :-) practice & the start of a new project..

Week 2: Mini- fashionista get sewing the first project :-)

Week 3 & 4 : These projects will be based around how far we get in the first 2 sessions and what we choose to make next – My main focus is for everyone to get proficient on the machine and feel comfortable to be able to make even more projects at home.

Spaces are limited on this unique course, so we can get the very best out of our time.
