General Class Information

Bookings:
All bookings must be paid in advance of the start date. If you wish to join a class less than 24 hours before the start please contact us first by sending an email to bookings@sewpretty.me.uk and we will do our best to fit you in subject to availability.

Payments:
We prefer you to make a booking and pay using our online booking system which takes payments via PayPal (cards as well as account holders). Please note that all bookings will be pending until funds have cleared. We accept the following payments:

• PayPal - Via our online booking system. You can also pay with a credit or debit card using PayPal's secure payment system without having to open a PayPal account.

• All major credit and debit cards - Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. If you are experiencing problems with our online bookings, we can take your payment over the phone. We are not currently accepting American Express payments.

• Cheques - If you prefer to pay by cheque, your payment should be received and cleared a minimum of 5 working days before your class/workshop is due.

• Bank transfers – Should you decide to send a bank transfer, please contact us on bookings@sewpretty.me.uk and we will provide you with our bank details. Please note that it could take up to 2-3 working days for your payment to clear. We would require your payment to be received at least 48 hours before your class/workshop is due.

Changing your booking:
At our discretion we may allow you to alter your booking, i.e. move to a different class or time slot. However we require a minimum of 48hours notice. Please contact us at bookings@sewpretty.me.uk to inform us for any changes you may wish to make.

Minimum class numbers:
We normally require a minimum of 3 slots to be booked for any particular class in order to proceed with this class/workshop. We may choose to run a class with less than 3 bookings but we reserve the right to reschedule undersubscribed classes. If a class has to be cancelled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is undersubscribed we will always try to give a minimum of 48 hours notice and you will be offered an alternative date or credit for the same amount of money (valid for 6 months). We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur.

Cancellations:
No-shows or cancellations within the 48 hours cut off period may only be re-scheduled at the discretion of ‘Sew Pretty’ studio. Unfortunately, due to the limited availability of space in our workshops, we do not offer refunds, if you make a cancellation, due to personal reasons less than 48 hours of your confirmed booking. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your booking to a friend. If you wish to do this you must inform us by telephone or email bookings@sewpretty.me.uk.
