She was extremely professional, helpful and patient & made both me and my model (my 76 year old aunt who is usually very nervous of strangers) completely at ease. Lorraine was inviting and yet proficient from the beginning itself. The approach she used to instruct us was clear and systematic. This is down to Lorraine's enabling and positive preparing.
