This course is designed for travel agents who have not used a Computer Reservation System (CRS) or have recently joined the travel industry. It can also be used by travel agents who are converting from one reservation system to another.

You don't need any prior skills in the subject area to start this course but we do recommend an intermediate ability to read and write English and basic maths skills. We recommend first studying the introductory course if you are unfamiliar with GDS systems.
Upon completion of this Amadeus course you will receive an Amadeus certificate to use as proof of competency in using the system.
