To appreciate our anger, understand what is unhealthy anger - both as aggressive or suppressed anger, and learn new strategies for expressing our emotions. We will also look at the relationship between stress and anger. Suitable for: People who would like to start the process of understanding their anger either as a stand alone course, or as a starter for deciding on whether to commit to a full 30 hour anger management weekend.

About this course
Willingness to participate in a small group setting. Ability to manage without drugs or alcohol for the 24 hour period before and then throughout the day course. It is important to have a clear head for this work. No previous training required.
