- Understand how to distinguish between useful and harmful stress and develop methods for turning stress into success.
- Appreciate our “Circadian Cycle” and balance body chemistry to feel uplifted.
This day will explore myths, facts and alternative ways to view stress positively.
This is a complete course and is a unit of a Certificate or Diploma in Business specialising in Transactional Analysis. To continue with this training, participants in 2009 can complete the units “Assertiveness and Conflict Resolution and Promote Innovation and Change”.
