  • Identify the work needed to prepare the individual for the future

Suitability

This course is designed for all managers / supervisors who appraise their staff as part of their responsibilities.
There will be a high level of group participation including practical work and group discussions.

No formal assessment.
Candidates who complete the programme will receive a City College Coventry Certificate of completion.
