- Analysing standards versus achievements
- Identifying the potential of the individual
- Working out realistic and measurable objectives
- Identify the work needed to prepare the individual for the future

Suitability
This course is designed for all managers / supervisors who appraise their staff as part of their responsibilities.
There will be a high level of group participation including practical work and group discussions.
