Course Description:
The course is aimed at candidates who are below the age of 19 years old and work within the Food industry.

Description Breakdown:
Candidates will have to complete a total of 8 units for the qualification. Under the banner of QCF there will be a lot more scope for the learner to pick and choose units. The units chosen will be based on what an individuals job role is on a day to day basis such as:
Food hygiene
Health & safety
Maintain product quality
Carry task hand over
