Course programme

Catering thanks to Mary Berry and Gordon Ramsey has become a more respected and attractive industry. Several sectors of industry include catering as an important behind the scenes activity, these include hospitals, schools and care homes. Restaurants form a very important part of our social life whether they are traditional or foreign.


The course will include maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure environment, working effectively in a team, maintaining food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food along with optional units to suit the learner’s workplace.
