3. Make 3D forms. 3.1 From a given list of activities, create a 3D form from flour and water
(e.g. play dough, dough craft).
3.2 From a given choice, create 1 3D form from paper mache.
4. Recognise ways in which colour
may be applied.
4.1 Mix colours for an art/craft activity.
4.2 Apply colour to an art/craft activity.
5. Recognise the wider benefits of
an art / craft activity.
5.1 List at least 3 ways in which an art/craft activity can be used to support
fine motor, emotional, language, literacy and /or Numeracy skills for a
child / children.
6. Recognise the importance of
working in a safe environment.
6.1 Identify at least 3 health and safety issues when carrying out practical
tasks.
7. Recognise how to develop the
creative skills of children.
7.1 Using everyday materials, produce and record a creative activity shared
with a child.
