Build your confidence in your ability to handle others and feel better about yourself.

The original "too nice for your own good" one-day Assertiveness Course

This is a very practical course that focuses on the choices you make and it will help you understand that you have more options than you think.

We won’t (can’t) turn a gentle soul into an aggressive ogre - thank goodness! Instead, we look at how you can make easy changes in your behaviour so that you will no longer feel pressurised into doing things you’d rather not do.

The idea is to feel better about saying 'no' without having to change who you are (and perhaps without ever having to say the word at all!).
