It is an easy course you can take at home. I completed it at own pace, asking for help any time I needed it. I would recommend this course to anyone who don’t have any experience at audio transcription. I now intend to take the examination at a local test centre.

They give you excellent tips about Objection Handling. I think the self-reflection on influencing styles and how to put them in practice during client meetings were very useful.
