Ladies Who Lunch Cookery Class

What I would highlight:
Splendid evening. Diana and Sophie were fabulous – extraordinary enjoyment and extremely proficient. Did not anticipate that a cookery course will be so pleasant. An incredible gathering, free streaming wine and loads of valuable tips and traps. Toward the finish of the course all of you take a seat to eat what you have cooked around a big, cordial supper table. Splendid – surely prescribed.

What I would highlight:
Fabulous - pleasant and valuable and certainty building... a splendid learning environment, with an extraordinary approach. You really learn things you will utilize. It is so great my little girl got lessons as her birthday gift - and we ate her quiche the previous evening for dinner. Great and she is 10. I have done the night classes and have really made sushi a few times since and furthermore pasta... something I did not believe that I could ever do.. Much thanks to you.

Fish Class

What I would highlight:
Hubby and I and five different companions did the Fish Class a week ago. It was grisly splendid. Diane is a decent educator and sooo engaging. Richard and whatever remains of her group were awesome. They demonstrated to make some beautiful dishes which we inspected and thumped back with scrumptious wine. Also, they demonstrated to us generally accepted methods to filet distinctive sorts of fish, with each of us doing our own fileting. I surely suggest this class, furthermore, The Ave group. Can not choose which class to do next.
What could be improved:

What I would highlight:
I simply wished to praise everybody at the great Avenue cookery school who have taken my 18 year old boy Jack (who discovered breaking an egg troublesome two weeks prior) and propelled him to cook. He adored each moment and had a phenomenal time in such a casual and upbeat environment. I can not thank you enough and will prescribe you to everybody.

Christmas Dinner Party Dining Class

What I would highlight:
Altogether making the most of my supper party dining class last Thursday. My better half gave me a voucher for Christmas and it appeared the ideal approach to utilize it. We had a superb demo of aptitudes required for the menu and after that we arranged precisely chosen parts. Toward the end we got the opportunity to have the supper over a glass or two of wine. It has been a pleasant approach to invigorate my dinner party collection. Thanks to all.

What I would highlight:
My sweetheart and I as of late went to a pasta making course at the Avenue cookery course. The family run school made an extremely unwinding atmosphere, making a truly pleasant and enlightening class. Toward the end, we as a whole had a seated supper to appreciate the rewards for all the hard work, which was a decent touch. Completely suggested.

Simple Supper Classes

What I would highlight:
My friend and I booked the Simple Supper Classes with The Avenue London Cookery School. The instructors are so lovely!. It is really nice you while doing the recipes they tell you kitchen tips and tricks that you can carry over into your everyday cooking. There was also plenty of wine to be enjoyed from start to finish. This course was a great fun, lots of little tips as well as specific recipe techniques. We'll be back for more soon.

Off to Uni

What I would highlight:
My boy attended the Off to Uni course last week. What a success! I have never seen Ben so excited and enthused about 5 days! He even enjoyed the cake baking on Day 1 which he had reservations about. He learnt so much and simply had so much fun clearly all thanks to Richard and Diana who he could not stop talking about and obviously you who manages the whole thing. It was such a success he only wishes he had been doing 2 weeks. That says it all. A huge thank you to you all from a thrilled son and appreciative mother.

Saturday Really Useful and Chalet Course

What I would highlight:
We spent a fantastic afternoon at the Avenue Cookery School for a friend's hen party. We were welcomed with wine and freshly baked bread, walked through some of the techniques we'd need for the day, and guided through the preparation of three delicious courses, which we all enjoyed eating during our formal sit down meal at the end of the day. The Avenue team were so helpful and fun and it was just what the hen needed. A big thank you to Sophie who was really responsive to the endless questions and menu planning we had beforehand. Everything ran so smoothly, we had a brilliant time.

What I would highlight:
Really great evening Diana gave us a fantastic demonstration which made cooking look incredibly easy and even inspired a total novice to have a go. She and her son, then got us working which was a great way to learn new skills and we even managed to cook something, certainly the best meal "I’ve ever cooked” which was then enjoyed by all.

The Really Useful Course

What I would highlight:
This course was fun and informative and we had two very exciting and dynamic teachers, which made me enjoy even more. If you want to start somehow with cooking this is the perfect course for you. I gained confidence really quick. That is why I definitely recommmend it to anyone who wants to acquire great knowledge about cooking.

What I would highlight:
I wanted to thank you for a great cookery evening for my daughters 10th birthday.
She had a ball and learnt so much from knife skills to making her own ravioli and cooking her own steak with red wine jus.
We were busy last weekend following on from the many things you taught her and me along the way!
I thought I knew a good deal about cooking but learnt several new skills / tricks that I have already put to good use.
