Hubby and I and five different companions did the Fish Class a week ago. It was grisly splendid. Diane is a decent educator and sooo engaging. Richard and whatever remains of her group were awesome. They demonstrated to make some beautiful dishes which we inspected and thumped back with scrumptious wine. Also, they demonstrated to us generally accepted methods to filet distinctive sorts of fish, with each of us doing our own fileting. I surely suggest this class, furthermore, The Ave group. Can not choose which class to do next.

Are you a fish person? This course will exclusively focus on how to cook and prepare fish dishes. During three hours The Avenue London Cookery School will teach you how to fillet and prepare a flat fish.
The general method followed by our school is that our teacher will hold a demonstration and explain at the same time all the techniques. After his/her demonstration, the participants will take the main role and start cooking what our teacher has taught them. Afterwards every one will gather around a table and enjoy their own dish.

Course programme
Our Fish class teaches you how to fillet cook and present fish.
