B2B Sales Emotional Intelligence

  • I went to your workshop in London and really enjoyed both how it was delivered and the venue. You obviously know sales and your stories were really helpful to explain certain points about the sales canvas. I’ve never really thought strategically about a sale before and definitely didn’t think about how my sale can be linked to so many different parts of my company and the customer.

  • I have been on a number of Eskil’s sales programs and they are excellent trainers who make the topic simple to understand. I understand that the sales team is a key part of the business and needs to communicate better with the different departments as a single sale is just part of a much bigger opportunity.

Build a powerful strategic sales strategy

"Improving sales is more than just new technology or pay / commission structures. Psychology is taking a bigger role in both the sales process and sales management. If you are looking to build your B2B sales capability, then you need a structured approach that answers the sales questions and also maps the psychology of the key sales stakeholders."

Business-to-business sales calls for strategic thinking and clear plans of action.

Facilitated by former Sales Directors and leadership experts, this 2-day workshop explores an established approach that is relevant to sales professionals:

Build customer-focused sales propositions; Identify key stakeholders in the process and what motivates their decisions; Create and manage business opportunities; Coach clients through the sales process; Develop a common ‘language’ for everyone across the enterprise; Prepare better for client meetings; Create greater and more profitable relationships; Understand your emotional intelligence and how it impacts on your work as a sales professional.

About this course

Each delegate will complete an Emotional Intelligence assessment as a way to understand their own psychology and understand the impact that this has on their role.

In addition to this, we have a proprietary Sales Canvas to guide sales professionals through the journey

Finally, after your exercise journal has been assessed by our Verification Team, we will award you a Certificate of Completion that can be attached to your CV and HR Record and with your psychology assessments and your personal development pathway. You will be able to refer colleagues or potential employers to Eskil for verification of your understanding.

We hold our workshops onsite, in hotels or business centres. The space we use allows for break-out sessions so you can move away from the main area and work on your Sales Canvas.

Within the price you will receive a workbook, a B2B Sales Canvas, an individual emotional intelligence assessment and the option for a 1:1 session with the facilitator for feedback on both your emotional intelligence assessment and your B2B Sales Canvas.

What I would highlight: The B2B sales workshop was really good. The venue was easy to get to and the facilitators really knew what they were on about. I liked how simple they made the process for us and some of their ideas were like a breath of fresh air.
What could be improved: Nothing.
