Those applying from outside City College Norwich (UEA) will be asked to complete our Accredited Prior Learning (APL) process before a final acceptance on the degree can be agreed.
Applications from students whose first language is not English are welcome. We require evidence of proficiency in English (including writing, speaking, listening and reading), the required minimum is:

Learning outcome: The course develops the student’s own work based leadership and management capabilities in areas which improve personal and organisational (public, private, not-for-profit, large, small, national) efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, it will build leadership and management knowledge and skills through reflection and training of others in the work place.
Assessment: This course will enable you to study the programme content, develop and apply your learning in the context of your own working environment.
Skills for work and academic study are integrated through work-based projects, assignments, a reflective log and portfolio. All formal assessment activities are based on the reality of your workplace and employers have contributed to the development of the activities in the course.
There will also be exams which will be fully supported by learning materials.
Academic progression: Successful completion of this course will enable students to progress to postgraduate study, for instance the Diploma in Management Studies or Masters level programmes at UEA or elsewhere.
Career progression: The programme is designed to offer career progression to managers and leaders in the work place. It offers enhancement of lifelong learning skills as well as possible endorsement through further professional accreditation.
Course fee per year: £7 500.00
