What can I progress to?
Advanced Ballroom & Latin American Dance Classes.

What is the course about?
To raise the level from that of the beginners, by improving footwork, posture and technique. Students will learn new variations and be confident to put these into practice on the dance floor.

What are the course outcomes?
To reach a level where each individual has the confidence and competence to enjoy social functions to the full.
LATIN AMERICAN DANCE:
Cha Cha Cha
Jive
Samba
Rhumba
BALLROOM DANCING:
Waltz
Quickstep
Tango
Slow Foxtrot
Slow Rhythm.
Each of the dances will contain at least four variations.
Some fun dances will be included during the lessons, of course we hope the regular dances are fun but these extra dances are easy to follow and a simple style.

Are there any additional requirements?
Students should wear comfortable clothes and soft bottom footwear. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR STILETTOS.

How will you be assessed?
There is no formal assessment, but a student will be awarded a certificate for this course provided he/she has attended at least 80% of the sessions.

Is there an examination fee?
No.
