How can I take it?

There are three ways that candidates can acheive the award:

OPTION A

step one one of our tutors will come and visit your premises and deliver the course workbook". They will meet with the candidate and their chosen coach and mentor - such as a chef or manager. The tutor will outline what needs to be completed in order to successfully gain the qualification.

step two the candidate, supported by their coach and mentor will complete the workbook. Our tutor will be available at the end of an e-mail or phone to provide ongoing support.

step three the candidate will arrange a suitable examination date through their tutor.

step four the candidate will attend one of our centres to sit the examination.

The investment for all of the above, to include handbook, examination, certificate and tutor support is £85 plus vat (introductory price)

OPTION B

as option A, however the tutor is virtual. Packs will be dispatched by post and support will be by means of telephone or e-mail.

The investment for all of the above, to include, examination, certificate and tutor support is £55 plus vat (introductory price)

OPTION C

step one candidates will be asked to attend an interactive workshop either at one of our centres or if sufficient numbers at your own premises. The skills required for the qualification will be covered. The workshop will be highly interactive and designed to include loads of fun. You may even be asked to prepare the tutors lunch!

step two the candidate, supported by their coach and mentor (e.g. chef or line manager) or by our tutor will complete the workbook. Our tutor will always be available at the end of the phone or e-mail to offer any support required.

step three the candidate will arrange a suitable examination date through their tutor.

step four the candidate will attend one of our centres to sit the examination.

The investment for all of the above, to include workshop, handbook, examination, certificate and tutor support is £95 plus vat (introductory price)

Assessment

the assessment, regardless of your chosen option is a 30 minute, multi choice examination. There are 25 multi choice questions.
