What I would highlight:
The learning process was the most enjoyable part of the training along with the micro teaching sessions as it provided me with the oppurtunity to meet face to face with other candidates and assessors. My mentor was always very helpful, knowledgeable and guided me all the way with her patience and proffessional attitude. I would always recommend Bright to anyone with a need for great educators.

What I would highlight:
My mentor was always available when i needed him and if he said he wuld contact me he alwats would. He always marked my work on time and for that I would like to say a big Thank You. Sfter completing my Assessor Award i am currently completing my Ptlls qualification with Bright and they still maintain excellent Customer Service

What I would highlight:
I liked training with Bright because i could do the course at my own pace which allowed me to fit it in with my other commitments. I appreciated the fact that i could contact my mentor if i needed anything, it was comforting knowing that she was there to help with any queries.

What I would highlight:
Learning new skills was important for me and training with Bright enabled me to do this. The use of the forum is a valuable asset in communicating and gaining information from others and i feel Bright helped me to do this. My mentor was always quick to respond to my emails, he was very happy to go through information and answer my questions no matter how many times i aksed. He always gave me positive encouragement, advice and constructive guidance. My mentor didnt rush me through the course which allowed me to go at my own pace as i am still working whilst completing the course. A big thank you to Bright.

What I would highlight:
For me, training with Bright was a very helpful step to my career. The practical assignments were the best part and my two learners were very approachable. The provided realistic challenge to me as an emerging assessor and i would just like to say a big thank you to them both. My mentor was really efficient. He was very organised so whenever I needed feedback or help, he would be there. I certainly enjoyed my self with Bright.

What I would highlight:
I've wanted to become an assessor for a few years now but never got round to applying to get the qualification. Now i have, i found that the course was very enjoyable, it has given me a good feel about becoming an assessor and has convinced me that this is the career i would like to follow. Thanks Bright!

What I would highlight:
The course is very well stuctured and comprehensive. I felt that all the activities linked together well especially when i started my practical assessments which i thoroughly enjoyed thanks to both of my candidates. I havent used skpye for assessing a bussiness before, it was great and i would definately consider using it in all areas now.

What I would highlight:
I enjoyed training with bright because i approached a new subject area but finally made sense of it! I liked working with the learners ad assessing them in different ways and on work related performance and knowledge criteria. The course has also opended my mind to the different career oppurtunities available based on my experience. My mentor was excellent, he was friendly and ver quick to get assognments back with useful and clear feedback.

What I would highlight:
Once i got started on the course i relised how straight forward the course was in terms of steps and progression towards understanding the methods and assessment frameworks. My mentor was encouraging from start to finish. I felt that if i had any queries, my mentor would have happily supported me.

What I would highlight:
Training with Bright was a fantastic experience. The flexibilty i was given was very helpful as this ment i could carry on with my job during the day. My mentor helped put me to ease and was there to assure me that he would be there to answer any of my questions. He was great!
