What I would highlight:
The fact that the course was online and i could complete assignments when i wanted to and there were no deadline was great help. My mentor was very flexible, supportive and really easy to speak to. She gave good advice when i needed it and has a very practical approach. I am very happy i trained with bright!

What I would highlight:
I enjoyed training with bright because i approached a new subject area but finally made sense of it! I liked working with the learners ad assessing them in different ways and on work related performance and knowledge criteria. The course has also opended my mind to the different career oppurtunities available based on my experience. My mentor was excellent, he was friendly and ver quick to get assognments back with useful and clear feedback.

What I would highlight:
Initially i was apprehensive about the flexibility of online learning in that there would be time limits on assignments and this would prove difficult for me because i have a very demanding job. My apprehension was unfounded, the course was ideal in that i could work at my own pace and very much appreciated the flexibility it offered in the mist of an already busy schedule. My mentor was always on hand to answer my queries i had, no matter how big or small. She made my learning enjoyable and seamless, her regular contact proved to be very motivating and encouraging.

What I would highlight:
My mentor was always on hand, he was very efficient at marketing, even giving feedback on New Year's day. Training with bright was a great experience, the bes thing i found was being able to work at my own pace, this allowed me to carry on with my job during the day.

I enjoyed the felxibility of the learning, being able to complete the course in my own time and to fit studying around my work. My work can often involve training away from home, so i'd struggle to attend a weekly college session.

What I would highlight:
I enjoyed the fact that i was able to complete the course in my own time and at my own pace. I also enjoyed that fact that i wasn't rushed to complete it by my mentor and i had support mainly via email with a response within no later than a day.

What I would highlight:

What I would highlight:
Once i got started on the course i relised how straight forward the course was in terms of steps and progression towards understanding the methods and assessment frameworks. My mentor was encouraging from start to finish. I felt that if i had any queries, my mentor would have happily supported me.
